Privacy Policy
This policy explains how we process personal data you provide through this website. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the processing of personal data.

What data we process
When you submit the form, we process:
- whether you are an employer or a candidate;
- your full name, email address and phone number;
- company name (employers), the role you are hiring for or the job you are looking for, and location;
- the content of your message, if you write one;
- technical data sent with the form: date and time, IP address, browser type and page address – used to protect against spam and misuse.
Please do not send us sensitive information through the form (for example health details, ID or bank account numbers). We do not ask for it.
Purpose and legal basis
- Handling your enquiry and providing recruitment services – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Contacting you about suitable roles or candidates in connection with your enquiry – your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw your consent at any time by email.
- Website security and spam protection – our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
If you are a candidate, we always discuss a specific vacancy with you first and share your details with an employer only with your consent.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- processors who operate and host this website and store form submissions on our behalf, including the security and content delivery provider Cloudflare;
- prospective employers – for candidates, and only with their consent;
- public authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. In that case the transfer is protected by safeguards under the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and provide our services; data processed on the basis of consent is kept no longer than until consent is withdrawn. After that we delete it. Technical spam-protection data is kept only briefly.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising tracking tools. If this changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent before setting any non-essential cookies.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can exercise your rights by emailing info@aspirarecruitment.cz.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

We may update this policy. The effective date is shown at the top.
